you keep replying sa mga tweets about your system error na kesyo submit a ticket/feedback form, pero wala namang resolution. Ewan ko rin why would DTI allow Ceb Pac to operate given na walang matinong customer service, and no contact details to raise concerns. @DtiPhilippines

So Apparently, @CebuPacificAir doesn’t respond well to all queries regarding the multiple charges last cebpass sale dated March 31. Was suppose to get 10vouchers but x3 ang naprocess and cebpac is nowhere to be contacted for refund, Pls inform us nalang kung wala kaming mapapala

@TheManilaTimes Lol, why not cover ceb pac issues of multiple transactions instead? Almost everyone got charged of multiple bookings of cebpass 🤡 and yet Cebu Pacific doesnt respond to any issues about it
