@WHOOP are absolute cowboys. Promoting a free trial for 30days you pay delivery which is fine.

But then also do a holding transaction on your card without clear notification for €115

Absolutely appalling lack of customer service from @VirginMediaIE - such incompetence, and inability to follow their own internal complaints process also is shocking. 2.5 weeks and zero ownership or attempt at a resolution. Avoidable escalation to regulatory authority

@IrishRail already 30 mins behind schedule on the Dublin to Sligo journey, and now told more delays. Whats worse however is that what will be almost a 4 hour journey and not so much as a bottle of water or tea to be got. Absolutely disgraceful. @CosgroveNessa
