@felixmlarkin@DanMulhall I agree with @DanMulhall. In addition, the idea that the large diaspora could elect the President would significantly dilute the votes of citizens who live in the jurisdiction. A Senate Panel would protect voting rights of residents while giving a voice to the diaspora.
