@virginmedia when do loyal customers get their ipads 28 years a customer (NTL, Virgin) get nothing but price rises. So just let me know when I can expect my ipad
@virginmedia Online, it was £163 through agent (who i just couldn't understand a word she was saying), it was £156. Eventually I threatened to cancel and I got it for £93 a month. You care more about new customers than current ones. 20+ years as a customer and I get treated like that
@virginmedia I can't because it's not recognising my email address it us not sending g a link out as its not my email address on the account that's the problem
@virginmedia I've tried numerous times to log into my account and now I've tried and it gives me an email address that is not mine and I'm totally locked out of my account
@parcelforce you are useless. Apparently you tried to deliver a parcel to our address, yet our ring doorbell has not picked up your driver. Then you took it to my 'local' post office nearly 2 miles away my local post office is 800m away. Your driver had no intention of delivering
