100% will kill the game before it even gets a chance to take off. The market is over saturated with Tag fighters. Invincible VS, Marvel Tokon, 2XKO are just the new ones. There's still a bunch in circulation. Not to mention, the last NRS game was an assist fighting game and that left people clamouring for a return to 1v1 for their next game.

1v1 need to be the main mode with 2v2 or assist as a side/gimmick mode. Doing it the other way around will absolutely be a disaster.
