Let's get the facts right.

This wasn't a forced release. Under Section 170 BNSS, a preventive arrest can't extend beyond 24 hours, and under Section 126 a magistrate can release a person on a bond to keep the peace. Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das were produced, executed the bond and were released. Standard procedure, nothing more.

I'm not sure what kind of legal advice you're getting.

Cockroaches are getting cooked in press conferences now!

They talk big about democracy and revolution, but one simple question about returning to Jantar Mantar seems to have left them with no clear answer.

Reporter: “When are you going back to Jantar Mantar?”

Saurav Das: “Everyone should peacefully protest wherever they can, so people know what’s happening in this country.”

Reporter: “I’m not asking about everyone. Will YOU GUYS protest at Jantar Mantar again?”

Saurav Das: “It was never about us. If every student stands together, we can save this democracy. There’s an Abhijeet Dipke in every student of this country.”

Reporter: “That’s not what I asked. You said you weren’t afraid of getting arrested, but now none of you seems willing to protest again for fear of arrest.”

And just like that, both Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka had no clear answer to the question.

They talk about standing up to the system and even compare themselves to Bhagat Singh, but when it comes to answering a direct question about their next move, the confidence seems to disappear.

Big speeches are easy. Standing by your words is the real test.

ANOTHER FAKE PROPAGANDA BY COCKROACHES EXPOSED!

First, rioters saw a car with Bhagwa flags, surrounded it, hurled abuses, and started hitting the vehicle.

When the occupants stepped out and gave them a fitting lesson, the ecosystem started CRYING victim.

Now propagandists are sharing only the CROPPED second CLIP to build a FAKE narrative that "men are beating a girl."

FACT CHECK: The person being beaten is NOT a girl, it's a BOY who was abusing and flashing middle fingers.

Meanwhile, this agenda-driven journalist in yellow holding a mic knowingly pushed HALF-BAKED footage to frame the car occupants.

Delhi Police must ARREST this fake journalist spreading fake propaganda.

Why did CJP leaders sign the bond for "Maintaining Peace and Good Behaviour" for one year to secure bail?

It was a prime opportunity to take a principled stand by refusing conditional bail. After all, it was only a matter of staying in custody for a day or two; their legal team could have easily approached the High Court or Supreme Court on Monday to secure unconditional bail or have the preventive proceedings quashed.

While they will likely still approach the higher judiciary to quash the bond conditions, the impact won't be the same. By signing that bond, they conceded that their conduct warranted a preventive undertaking.

From a strategic standpoint as well, the longer they had stayed in jail, the more support and popularity they would have gained. A perfect example is their mentor's former mentor, Anna Hazare, who refused to sign a bail bond in 2011. His refusal led the magistrate to remand him to seven days of judicial custody at Tihar Jail. This sparked massive nationwide protests, forcing the panicked govt to issue release orders later that day. However, Hazare refused to leave Tihar Jail and stayed there for several more days until his demands for unconditional release and permission to protest were granted.

So, why did they sign? Perhaps they simply did not want to stay in jail. Bhagat Singh, whom they claim to idolize, would never have signed such a bond.
