A new website has been launched to support the mental health of children and young people in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. ‘My Self-Referral’ is a simple and confidential way to refer for support without needing to see a GP first.

Ahead of our outreach event with @BritishPainSoc at @NetworkRailGLC today (see you there from 10am - 2pm), we're exploring the wide range of resources that we've created for the families of children in #ChronicPain : https://t.co/CVNOczc6kC #ThrowbackThursday
Really productive meeting at last week's @LeicYouthForum, which was made possible through generous gifts from the community. Young people get together each month to voice and share experiences about the care and treatment they receive across @Leic_hospital#TenderLeicesterCare
Thank you to @RMitchell_NHS for coming along to last nights forum & giving the young people an opportunity to ask questions about @LeicChildHosp@Leic_hospital, we look forward to seeing you again soon! Also Happy 1st Birthday to us!! #ayearsinceitstarted
"Being able to talk about my experience with other people who have gone through similar situations makes everything feel less isolating"- Youth Forum Member
Just said goodbye to one of my young people who I’ve been seeing for many years. They are now moving on to adulthood and hopefully off to university. Was really hard saying goodbye but really glad that pain hasn’t stopped them from living their life and doing their best 😊
