I’ve only been in Belgrade for 2 days and I already have a list of things I didn’t expect to love about this city 🇷🇸
I came with an open mind because I’d never been to this part of Europe, and so far:
→ English is widely spoken, so getting around is surprisingly easy
→ The city is such a cool mix of street culture, brutalist architecture and European charm
→ Nightlife is very active, with people of all ages
→ It feels incredibly safe
→ People are VERY friendly
→ The web3 community is big, active and insanely talented
→ Public transportation is FREE and works amazingly well
→ It’s outside Schengen, which makes it an interesting option if you want to spend more time in Europe
→ Food for every taste and every budget
And I’ve only been here for 2 days.
I’ll keep you posted on what else I discover 🔎
@ezgif_com@manudotdev@theo I'm always out, so desktop not an option, for mobility i think it's not a competition until other manufacturers switch to ARM.
Otherwise, for sure, Linux master race
@ezgif_com@manudotdev@theo And keep the same battery consumption? I extract 12h from my MBP M4 easily, don't have to carry power brick and be tied to an outlet
@SolanaSummitOrg and @ethbelgrade are in Belgrade next week, and I'm running this alongside them. Open to any web3 team, whether or not you're coming.
I will write a marketing diagnostic for your project: an outside read of what you show publicly. Five things a first-time visitor sees that nobody inside the company can see anymore, what each one costs you in a real buying conversation, and the order they have to be settled in.
Send me your website link, get a document back. No call, no NDA, nothing internal, no reply needed.
This isn't a proposal or a pitch. What you do with it afterwards is yours to decide, including coming back to talk about the parts that need more work.
Why I'm doing it: there is real work being built here, and most of it deserves to be understood faster than it currently is. Closing that distance is one of the easier wins available to a team, and the more of us who close it, the stronger this market looks from the outside.

@0xcyp - you know, the military grade stuff
- you know, the software architecture that makes planes safer by not centralizing electrical systems into one location
