How to respect yourself at work in 2026:

1. Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
2. Don’t eat other people’s food more than they eat yours.
3. Never say more than necessary.
4. Apologize if you make mistake.
5. Set boundaries. Know when to leave.
6. Dress they way you should be addressed.
7. Take yourself seriously. Dont make fun of yourself.
8. Take the compliment. Don’t ever downgrade yourself.
9. When people disrespect you, comfront them right away.
10. Think before you talk. People value you from what comes out from your mouth.
