نئے صوبوں کا قیام گورننس کے مسائل کا ایک ممکنہ حل ہے، مگر افسوس کہ اسے نعروں اور جذباتی سیاست کی نذر کیا جا رہا ہے۔
عوامی نمائندگی کا تقاضا ہے کہ عوام کی امنگوں کو ترجیح دی جائے۔
نئے صوبوں کی بحث کو صوبائیت نہیں، بہتر گورننس اور عوامی سہولت کے تناظر میں دیکھنا چاہیے۔

*فضل الرحمٰن کی بدلتی سیاست: اصول یا اقتدار؟ افغانستان کی حمایت کیوں؟* کبھی عمران خان کے سخت ناقد اور مختلف القابات کا نشانہ بننے والے فضل الرحمٰن آج بدلتے سیاسی منظرنامے میں نئی قربتوں کے ساتھ دکھائی دے رہے ہیں۔ کیا یہ اصولی سیاست ہے یا اقتدار کے لیے مؤقف کی تبدیلی؟ افغانستان کے ساتھ فضل الرحمٰن کے مضبوط سیاسی روابط اور مسلسل رابطہ کاری بھی کئی سوالات کو جنم دے رہی ہے۔ افغانستان کے لیے ان کے نرم مؤقف اور حمایت کی سیاسی وجوہات کیا ہیں؟ کیا یہ تعلقات محض سیاسی ہیں یا پسِ پردہ کوئی بڑا مفاد موجود ہے؟ *دوسری جانب فضل الرحمٰن سے وابستہ بعض مدارس سے متعلق جنسی زیادتی کے مبینہ واقعات اور جے یو آئی سے وابستہ بعض عناصر کے شدت پسند گروہوں سے مبینہ روابط کی تحقیقات اور مؤثر احتساب بھی ضروری ہے۔*

Pakistan needs to be reorganised into smaller provinces.
The objective is not ethnic or political fragmentation, but meaningful decentralisation. Pakistan must:
- Strengthen national institutions to provide oversight and standards.
- Reform civil services and local governance systems.
- Build capacity at local levels to handle devolved responsibilities.
- Ensure transparency in resource allocation and fiscal transfers.

Creating new provinces will not create any identity issues. The new provinces can retain the name of the larger province, such as South Punjab, North Balochistan, Central Sindh, etc. The real issue is not identity but equal development.

In short, if Pakistan wants to move forward, this outdated system must be changed. Setting aside political priorities and thinking for the country is the only way to put Pakistan on the path to progress.

🇵🇰🇸🇦🇹🇷: The inaugural meeting of the Strategic Political and Defence Committee under the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye was held in Istanbul.

The first Secretary-General of the Mecca Defence Alliance will be from Pakistan for a period of 3 years. The official name of the alliance will be the Mecca Defence Alliance, with its secretariat to be established in Riyadh.

✅ Reality

▪ Reverse-image verification traced the video which belongs to Nigerian Army of May 2020, where Nigerian Army pursuing a Boko Haram member—not an incident in Balochistan.

▪ The original version uploaded by SaharaTV in May 2020 further confirms the footage is not related to Balochistan.

▪ Afghan- and India-linked proxy accounts are recycling the old and false video relabelling it as a Balochistan incident to push anti-Pakistan propaganda and mislead audiences.

▪Military Vehicle shown in the video has the capability to withstand against high magnitude blasts.
