@newstart_2024 most definitely @newstart_2024 im on day 3of7 right now i do a quarterly 7-8 day waterfast going 10yrs now there were a few yrs early on i was doing that + 1-2 days/wk can confidently say i look in my early 20s at 35 fasting is the closest thing to medical magic we have & can do
