If you have the means to do it, there is nothing wrong with making sure the next generation has a head start.

Building something that lasts beyond your own lifetime isn't just about money, but also providing a foundation that allows your children to dream bigger and reach further than you ever could.

It gives them a platform to build on rather than having to start from zero.

I’ve been dismissed before because of my background, and I know what it’s like for people to assume you haven't earned your place. But having a head start and putting in the work aren't mutually exclusive. You can be grateful for the doors that were opened for you and still be the hardest worker in the room.

The advantage is a gift, but the character you build while using that advantage is what actually sustains the success.

We should want our children to have it better than we did. That’s the whole point of the hustle. If you can provide that safety net or that initial spark for them, do it with pride.

Just make sure you’re also teaching them the value of the work so they know how to grow what you’ve left behind.
