Reading your comments on authorizing 25 million shares, some fear this could spark short term dilution. Proposal #1 clearly says the authorization can not go into effect until January 1, 2022 — a full six and a half months of share trading away. No immediate dilution is possible.

@Bxnitehawk @ihors3 With hundreds of millions of shares trading buying a few million throughout the trading day won't really affect the price.

@Bxnitehawk @ihors3 Because they don't need to buy them all at once and can "hide" there purchases with the regular trading back and forth. A squeeze happens when they are forced to buy large quantities because of a margin call.

@Bxnitehawk @ihors3 Because they weren't squeezed out. They can slowly buy shares within regular trading to close positions without causing a spike in price. Same thing happened to $gme.
