Developers in Nashik were supposed to give 20% homes to MHADA for EWS and LIG under the 2013 government scheme for constructing real estate projects over 4,000 sq mts. where they could take FSI benefits, but they didn't give MHADA the homes. Finally, the government has instituted an SIT to investigate this scam.

Which was closed without a resolution
Then again a complaint was raised on 1st feb

Still no response
Pathetic customer service
