Continue to pray for the people of Venezuela. Many in the area around Caracas and La Guaira have gone more than a week without medical care because hospitals are damaged and overwhelmed with patients. Our Emergency Field Hospital has been open for two days and we have already treated 322 patients. John Barrett, the Chargé d'Affaires for the @usembassyve in Caracas, visited our team yesterday, and a few hours later, the hospital was visited by Venezuela’s Interim President Delcy Rodríguez. We were grateful they could each see the work that our teams of doctors, nurses, and other staff are doing in Jesus’ Name. We appreciate all that the U.S. government has done to help expedite and support our relief efforts on the ground in Venezuela.

Our @SamaritansPurse teams are hard at work in Saipan to get suffering families access to clean water and emergency supplies after Super Typhoon Sinlaku. Watch…
I’ve spent my entire life focusing on the success and well being of student athletes. Their success in both sports and academics is paramount. I have no problem with Athletes making money and I have had that stance for many years.
But what we have been dealing with the last few years is harmful not only to their total success but also the longevity of College Sports as we know it. Yesterday, President Trump took bold action to preserve and protect Collegiate Athletics. I urge Congress to pass bipartisan legislation and SAVE COLLEGE SPORTS!
I’m calling everyone to stop and pray for our nation tomorrow, Wednesday, January 14, at noon, wherever you are. I’ll be sharing more with @TPerkins on Washington Watch tonight at 5:30 p.m. ET. Here’s a link to watch: https://t.co/quLnFXXiNp
.@SamaritansPurse and @BGEA Rapid Response Team chaplains are responding in Whatcom County, Washington, after historic flooding from an atmospheric river event brought torrential rainfall and widespread damage to the region. More than 250 people had to be rescued from the rising flood waters, and more rain is in the forecast. Hundreds of homes have been flooded, with families displaced. Would you pray for these families and for our teams as we help in Jesus’ Name? https://t.co/UtkHhIAIbc
