@JulieCourtTV if I were a juror, JM sidestepping and questioning every response she made, makes her completely unbelievable. Suggesting that court reporters, police, whoever typed the transcript constantly changing what she said is ridiculous

@JulieCourtTV Remember, he memorizes things &repeats them for a living. He just happens to do it with a piano. His entire testimony up to this point sounds as if something he has rehearsed many times. I believe the couple “mistakes “were intentional & prompted by his attorney.

@CourtTV Not buying that he went into the marines to “serve his country”. The marine music organizations are some of the best in the world. My guess is that he was going to the marines for a full time job with benefits.

@JulieCourtTV I guess a new hair color and dress is enough to trick people that she’s a sweet grandmother, but they still have the deposition, and she did not come across that way. Yes independently, you could look at her that way, but the jury is smart enough to look at it all

@JulieCourtTV in the Maya case, it seems as if all of the defense witnesses are way over coached and seem to crumble when the prosecutors start asking questions. Even the mother, Theresa guy yesterday, on cross really struggled to answer questions because he didn’t want to lie.
