If you want to buy back your time here are two of the most effective trades you can make:
1. Put yourself in a place where you don't have to pay taxes. This can immediately give you back 50% of your time.
2. Hire help around the house. Use your time and effort on things that fulfill you and or make you more money.
@JakeNomada One of the existing aspects of GEO-arbratrage is the fact you can hire help for close 1/10th the cost of back in western countries.
Which gives you way more time freedom while still having kids.
Everyone on the ground is super bullish. New buildings are flying up all the time. This country has devloped alot in the past three years I've been here.
I'm curious what happens with Paraguay 🇵🇾 over the next 5-10 years...
The country is quietly positioning itself as the ultimate South American sleeper hit:
- 0% tax on foreign income
- $5K gets you permanent residency
- 70% cheaper than Uruguay
- Asuncion is developing FAST
- Food security (massive agricultural exporter)
- Pro-business government
- Incredibly welcoming to foreigners
While everyone is obsessing over Buenos Aires, Medellin and Mexico City...
Paraguay might be the long-term play in all of Latin America
The infrastructure is improving rapidly, Chinese investment is pouring in, and the quality of life in Asuncion keeps getting better
Yet somehow, it remains completely off the radar for 99% of people
Not sure how long that lasts
With some improved medical care, Asuncion could take off

The Dubai pitch was always:
0% income tax
Modern infrastructure
Business hub
What they left out:
It's surrounded by countries that have been threatening war for decades
You're 100 miles from Iran
There are no public bomb shelters
Paraguay has 0% tax on foreign income too. It's in South America. The biggest threat is a thunderstorm.
If today made you rethink your Plan B, my DMs are open.
It is really crazy how that British Dubai dude
Went jihad on Paraguay bros yesterday,
And now bombs are hitting hotels in Dubai.
Stripe the facade and Dubai bros / Paraguay bros aren’t much different.
Unite !
& God protect the Dubai bros, stay safe
Watching what's happening in Dubai right now.
A lot of guys moved there for low taxes and lifestyle. Today missiles are landing on Palm Jumeirah.
This is why I always say: don't put all your eggs in one basket. Especially not in a geopolitical hotspot.
Have a Plan B.
@RipBender LA is very nice some of the best climate in the world. Many beautiful areas where elites hang around definitely a city worth checking out. Newport, Malibu and Beverly Hills
Minimum wage is very low in Latin America.
People typically live with family members rather than living alone. ❤️
They also typically have animals that they either eat or sell. 🦆
Lowering their cost of living significantly.
