The country is quietly positioning itself as the ultimate South American sleeper hit:

- Asuncion is developing FAST
- Food security (massive agricultural exporter)
- Pro-business government
- Incredibly welcoming to foreigners

While everyone is obsessing over Buenos Aires, Medellin and Mexico City...

Paraguay might be the long-term play in all of Latin America

The infrastructure is improving rapidly, Chinese investment is pouring in, and the quality of life in Asuncion keeps getting better

Yet somehow, it remains completely off the radar for 99% of people

Not sure how long that lasts

With some improved medical care, Asuncion could take off

The Dubai pitch was always:

Modern infrastructure
Business hub

What they left out:

It's surrounded by countries that have been threatening war for decades
You're 100 miles from Iran
There are no public bomb shelters

Paraguay has 0% tax on foreign income too. It's in South America. The biggest threat is a thunderstorm.

A lot of guys moved there for low taxes and lifestyle. Today missiles are landing on Palm Jumeirah.
This is why I always say: don't put all your eggs in one basket. Especially not in a geopolitical hotspot.

People typically live with family members rather than living alone. ❤️

They also typically have animals that they either eat or sell. 🦆

Lowering their cost of living significantly.
