This wouldn’t do everything but it would let you build a strip of chainmail easily. It should give enough mechanical advantage to press the tiny rivet and cold form it. Now I’d prefer to feed it flattened rings so they are very historically accurate.

I think a ammo press is the perfect base for a chainmail “machine” unless 3d printing can make the rings in sheets. Could do all the stages comfortably. It would have a completed ring hopper and a rivet and unfinished ring hopper.

@ObviousRises A good argument for a higher acceptable age is that edge cases will now be higher in age too. If we say 14 is an adult then some 13 yo might argue they are adults too and so on. Basically what’s acceptable because you have to police the other side of that now.
