The disappointment is high and undeniable.
Family loved the experience as it was their first in such a chauffeur-driven airport transfer.
Would rate the overall booking to drop experience a solid 8/10, 2 points room for improvement for email communications.

It was an Innova Crysta. A well-maintained and super-clean car, which had ample leg room and more than enough space for the 4 of us and the bags.
The chauffeur was a professional senior gently spoken man. He helped with our bags at the pick-up as well as drop.
