4. We need to focus on best practices and process. Emotional roller coasters are a product of focusing too much on the PnL.

-On good days find 1 thing you did well and try to replicate it.
-On bad days find 1 thing you did poorly and try to reduce its occurance and impact.

-When I am doing well I tell myself “you are not as good as you think, relax”
