An interesting UX decision from @youdotcom where prior to kicking off the full research agent, the user is presented with the research plan. They have 10 seconds to intercept and make any edits, else the agent moves forward with the plan (requiring no additional manual intervention).
Wow, as a @HiltonHonors member I am appalled. Room service: no answer. Front desk: no answer. @HiltonHotels on the phone: no answer.
Why carry a status with a hotel when they are of no help? Also, the phone being answered should be the standard for any guest.
