حين تتحوّل الوقائع الموثّقة إلى “اكتشاف إعلامي”

في الأسابيع الأخيرة، عادت بعض المنصات الإعلامية إلى تداول مزاعم تتحدث عن “اكتشاف” وجود أطفال من عائلات تنظيم داعش داخل مراكز احتجاز خاضعة لسيطرة قوات سوريا الديمقراطية (قسد)، مقدّمة الأمر وكأنه فضيحة مخفية أو تطور صادم جرى التستّر عليه لسنوات.
غير أن هذا الخطاب لا يعكس الواقع بقدر ما يعيد إنتاج سردية انتقائية تتجاهل عمداً كمّاً هائلاً من التقارير الحقوقية والإنسانية المنشورة علناً من�� سنوات، والتي تناولت هذا الملف بالت��صيل والتوثيق.
قضية معروفة… لا كشف جديد
منذ هزيمة تنظيم داعش عسكرياً، بات ملف عائلات عناصره، ولا سيما الأطفال، أحد أكثر القضايا حضوراً في تقارير المنظمات الدولية. فقد وثّقت تقارير عديدة وجود آلاف الأطفال في مخيمات ومراكز احتجاز شمال شرقي سوريا، من جنسيات سورية وعراقية وأجنبية، وأكدت أن غالبيتهم ضحايا لظروف خارجة عن إرادتهم.
منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش، على سبيل المثال، نشرت عدة تقارير تنتقد احتجاز الأطفال لفترات طويلة، وتحمّل الدول مسؤولية رفض استعادة رعاياها: https://t.co/w1NCMyGbQz
كما تناولت الأمم المتحدة مستقبل هؤلاء الأطفال في تقارير رسمية حذّرت من العواقب الإنسانية والأمنية لاستمرار هذا الوضع: https://t.co/pAACQkbaDE
اعتراف علني لا إنكار
خلافاً لما تحاول بعض الحملات الإعلامية الإيحاء به، لم تنكر قوات سوريا الديمقراطية يوماً وجود الأطفال. بل جرى الاعتراف العلني بهذه القضية في تصريحات موثقة، مع التأكيد المتكرر على محدودية الإمكانيات المحلية، والحاجة إلى دعم دولي فعلي.
وقد زارت منظمات دولية، من بينها اليونيسف، مخيمات ومراكز مرتبطة بهذا الملف، واطلعت على أوضاع الأطفال ميدانياً، وهو ما يجعل الحديث عن “اكتشاف متأخر” أمراً يفتقر إلى الدقة.
بين الإنساني والأمني
لا يمكن التعامل مع هذا الملف بمنطق عاطفي مبسّط. فالتقارير المصوّرة من داخل مخيم الهول خلال السنوات الماضية أظهرت بوضوح استمرار مظاهر التطرّف داخل بعض العائلات، ومحاولات التأثير الأيديولوجي على الأطفال.
هذا الواقع يجعل القضية مركّبة بطبيعتها:
إنسانية من جهة، لأن الأطفال ضحايا؛
وأمنية من جهة أخرى، لأن تركهم في بيئات مغلقة دون حلول طويلة الأمد قد يخلق مخاطر مستقبلية.

المسؤولية الدولية الغائبة
الموقف الحقوقي الدولي واضح: على الدول استعادة أطفالها وتحمل مسؤولياتها القانونية والإنسانية. إلا أن الواقع يشير إلى أن كثيراً من الحكومات اختارت تجاهل الملف، تاركة العبء على سلطة محلية بإمكانيات محدودة، في منطقة تعاني أصلاً من هشاشة اقتصادية وأمنية.
هذا التقاعس هو جوهر الأزمة، وليس وجود الأطفال بحد ذاته.
خلاصة
إن تصوير قضية موثقة منذ سنوات على أنها “كشف جديد” لا يخدم الحقيقة، بل يساهم في تضليل الرأي العام وتسييس ملف إنساني شديد الحساسية.
المطلوب اليوم ليس حملات إعلامية انتقائية، بل ��قاش جاد يستند إلى الوقائع، ويضغط باتجاه حلول واقعية قائمة على التعاون الدولي، وإعادة التأهيل، وحماية الأطفال من أن يكونوا ضحايا مرتين: مرة بسبب التنظيم، ومرة بسبب الإهمال العالمي.
قبل ادعاء البطولة الأخلاقية، يجدر العودة إلى التقارير، وقراءة السياق كاملاً، و��هم أن هذه القضية أعقد بكثير من أن تُختزل في عنوان مثير. المقال باللغة الأنكليزية 👇👇

من المخيب للآمال أن تتراجع دولة أو تحالف عن التزاماتهما، وأن يتنكرّا للطرف الذي تحمل لسنوات عبء مواجهة أخطر الت��ديات الدولية، بينما يتم اليوم الانحياز إلى أطراف كانت جزءًا من تلك التحديات نفسها. إن هذا السلوك يطرح تساؤلات جدية حول المصداقية، وثبات المواقف، والوفاء بالوعود .
