What a sweet reflection about co-regulation. I'm finding this with my kids too (both in their 20s.) They are definitely more "with me" now - sensitive to my needs and genuinely concerned about my well-being (just as I am for theirs.)

Everyone is talking about Tim Walz's family and how supportive they are of each other. The genuine emotion behind his statement, "That's my DAD!" was amazing. I love this family.
