@rossgowlabour The storm badly affected the building's roof, which hasn't been maintained. Just lost the chimney this week, leaving a hole in the roof, water flooding in. It has been reported and someone is seeing to it. Such a shame to see it in worse and worse state :-(

A publisher told me that unless I have a social media presence, forget about publishing. Internal scream: I'm not an "influencer", I'm a writer!

I would reply that H. C. Andersen died unappreciated and I think we can all agree he was a writer ;-)
