Supreme Court has Refused to cancel #UGC final year Exams.

States can Postpone Exams.

In our WS, we had alternatively prayed to conduct home exam with collection centres, online exams, Provisional degree etc.

Waiting for entire Judgment to see if any additional relief granted.

On behalf of 17 MBBS students of Glocal Medical College, Saharanpur, UP, I have filed a Petition in Supreme Court today seeking regularisation of their MBBS Admission.

All these young students have spent 30 Lakh each & 4-Prime years in MBBS. But their Admission nullified by MCI!

On behalf of a group of UPSC Civil Services aspirants, I have submitted a Representation to the UPSC Chairman, seeking postponement of upcoming Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam.

Apart from raising specific legal grounds for cancellation of final year Exams, we have also specifically countered UGC arguments.

The final order is likely to be pronounced on Monday or Tuesday in the next week.

My Petition filed on behalf of 17 BAMS/BHMS Doctors seeking postponement of (Ayush) AIAPGET-2020 from 29.08.2020, is listed for hearing in SC on 25th August.

However, after we filed our Petition, NTA has postponed the said AIAPGET-2020 & thus our Petition has become infructuous!
