The SEC case around our community isn’t new news,
$BTC isn’t a security Satoshi never sold a coin, the ‘expectation’ of profit came from miners securing the network.
#PulseChain isn’t a security, The ‘expectations’ come from the validators securing the network, PulseChain is truly decentralised digital ledger technology that’s community run by global validators.
$HEX is not a security, it has no middlemen, HEX users make an agreement with an immutable smart contract and mint their own tokens just like a miner.
$PLSX is not a security, it’s a decentralised exchange where market participants can CHOOSE to provide liquidity and exchange their assets. PulseX has no HQ and no employees.
$HEX, $PLS and $PLSX do not have a marketing team, PulseChain does not have a grant program to pay projects to build, Richard Heart has never paid anyone to have his tokens listed on CEX. ALL assets are majority traded on DEXs only.
#XRP just won against the SEC deeming it not a security, $HEX $PLS and $PLSX all fail the howey test as designed.
Hate Richard Heart or not, the man has done every right from the start, he created assets with the howey test front and centre.
Thank you Gary and the SEC for giving our eco system so much attention right before The Highest of Stakes is dropped.

Tribalism between communities is fine, but the SEC isn’t coming after just one community, they are coming after Crypto as a whole.
The space should stand United in ANY attack against decentralisation and freedoms to transact.

1) you can’t have a ‘free’ exchange and you know this otherwise what’s the incentive for people to provide liquidity? Lol
2) Because $PLSX is sick 😂 it’s not just a duct on token like many others, it’s has tokenomics. It also has a massive community behind it and one that builds defi protocols to further enhance its tokenomics.
Great thing about a liquid asset, things like liquity can be forked and adjusted to utilise a PRC20 as the collateral. Many use cases for PLSX 😊
