It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted a loaf. Standard sourdough fresh out of the oven. Using forks as a cooking rack bc I currently don’t own one. This is the prettiest rise I’ve had on a loaf recently and decided to share.

Where tf are the “April showers”?! We’ve had about 2-3 hours of rain all month and this drought isn’t a good sign of what’s to come this summer. Supposed to be rainy season which means inside reading with the windows up season and I’m missing it dearly!

Miller highlife cans are always too pressurized. Doesn’t matter my technique, they always fizz and foam too much the second I open the can and it’s get all over the can drips on the floor or table
