@UPS Guess you have no managers to talk to. Phone call #1 pass-through to a manager and it rang 50 times no answer. Phone call #2… No supervisor around. it doesn’t matter that I have spent over $20k with UPS in the last 3 mo. Does anybody work there who can make a decision?

@RBC spent 1 1/2 hrs on hold twice & after several auto return msgs from RBC -my reply not being addressed- I have now been told that it will take up to 10 wks to verify the info that I have had for the last 3 weeks. that is NOT called customer service RBC… Look it up

@united tried to book Vancouver to Honolulu return on your website and it was $3500 us. Since we are Cdn it switched us over to Cdn dollars and wanted to charge us $9457. Since today’s exchange rate is $.79 on the US dollar can you explain how your math works???
