So excited to have Councillor @cathycurry_88 as our Run Director this morning for our 200th parkrun! We also had Bayward Councillor @tm_Kavanagh join us. What a great turnout! More pics to follow after parkrun coffee 🥰

We're getting ready for our relaunch on the 21st August, are you? We all have to be COVID-WISE so please look at our parkrun COVID framework before you come and be prepared 😃 Let's stay safe and parkrun together 🥳
@janelsteeper Hi! Just heard your bit about running on Saturday Morning Catch up! Fear not, come join us August 21st at the Beaver Pond in Kanata & discover that no one at parkrun will judge you & you can run, walk or jog and never be last! Check us out https://t.co/OZI1wcd4O3 😘
parkrun has a COVID-19 reopening framework that requires us to have a participant limit twice as large as our biggest attendance.
So, watch this space and your email. The first hint will be our call for volunteers 🥳
With parkrun resuming out west at the end of July, here in Kanata we are still a few weeks away from being able to give a date BUT we are getting ready!
We've applied to have our permit renewed, have checked out the route and will be updating the webpage once we have everything sorted.
As soon as larger outdoor gatherings of >125 are permitted we'll be ready to go! Why 125, you ask?
