Why do I love volunteering at @parkrunNL so much? The people you meet along the way make it so rewarding. Today I met a 75year old lady, still running and exercising. She told me her father was pacemaker for Sir Roger Bannister when he broke the 4 minute mile record. Amazing!

@n0rm All parkrun countries have January 1st as an extra day, although it’s up to events themselves to decide if they are open or not. Each country also has a second special event day, for the Netherlands that will be Whit Monday. So both is the answer 😉
