@Se_Railway Not sure who you are listening to but it’s clearly not all the people who have been communicating with you. No changes on Bexleyheath and Woolwich line. At least you are increasing TfL profits with all the people getting a bus to the jubilee or Elizabeth line. Jokers
@Se_Railway @kate_tweeton @SteveWhiteRail @BackonSammy And for the Bexleyheath line????? Those trains are excessively busy because customers are having to get sidcup line trains so they don’t have to change at lewisham or London Bridge.
@Se_Railway@SEninemag@SteveWhiteRail And while you’re at it please add some carriages to the Bexleyheath lines trains in the afternoon. An 8 carriage train that arrives at Lewisham at 4.15 is just ridiculously packed.
@Se_Railway@SEninemag@SteveWhiteRail How about putting some Charing Cross trains back on the Bexleyheath line so customers don’t have to travel to the Sidcup line and add to the overcrowding.
@Se_Railway your service is a joke, yet again I have had to run for a train as you have cancelled the train I need to get and the next train is 15 minutes later. Train faults and signal issues aren’t resolved by changing the timetable, please put it back to how it used to be.
@Se_Railway So there is only one train every half hour because you have cancelled the Cannon Street trains and you send a 4 carriage Victoria train. Are you actually serious.
@Se_Railway@meridian99 Which is caused by signalling, which is my point exactly. Your pointless timetable change was never going to stop this happening.
@meridian99@Se_Railway The new timetable was to resolve delays caused by the lewisham crossover. Which barely ever happens. The issues are ALWAYS with the signalling and no amount of timetabling adjustments were going to solve that. Smoke and mirrors to justify a reduction in USEFUL service.
Thank you @MichaelRosenYes for a lovely morning at your Christmas Storytelling at the wonderful @oldvictheatre. My daughter and I had a really enjoyable time. Hope you feel better soon 🐸
@lucyabeavis@marksandspencer Same here, hoping for something a bit better than the rest of the 12 days. One day I even had an offer available to everyone on the M&S website (20% off pjs)!!!!
@Se_Railway Maybe you could spend the time reading all the responses about your terrible new ‘service’ and working out how to quickly react to the dissatisfaction you are causing. That would be a really good use of your time.
@Se_Railway IF more people travel with you?????? Try providing the service required now. Your customers will be leaving in droves so your reduced capacity will be justified. Enjoy your short lived profits until a decent service provider takes over.
@Se_Railway Only if the signals don’t fail which they have consistently over the past two weeks. Or have you just been running a terrible service so we think it’s ‘better’ from next week. Listen to your customers, you are a joke.
@Se_Railway Don’t worry everyone, apparently the amazing new timetable with trains going nowhere useful will resolve this. Oh no it won’t because signalling problems will still happen we will just have less options of alternative routes. Disgraceful service despite customer feedback.
@Se_Railway Are you intentionally running late services for the next three weeks to justify this ridiculous new timetable. I cannot wait to see what happens on 11th December when signals go down and you have to cross over at lewisham to make sure the service can run
