Clearing his throat, Riley would take a deep breath. Staring, hed huff before crossing his arms.
“Now… now… if you hadn’t dumped out that expensive coffee… then I’d be ecstatic… but happy is how I should feel, then it shall be.”
Wendy pulled away, a huff escaped her lips. As she rolled her eyes at him.
“Happy?”
A smirk forming on her face, she couldn’t tell if he’s flustered or just annoyed with her antics.
Riley watched as she poured her coffee out, pointing at the puddle then watching the cup get thrown.
“Hey! You could’ve at least finished the cof—-“
Then their lips met, a smile forming in his face before he slowly pulled an arm around her, pulling her close.
The blonde slowly stands up, pouring the cup of coffee out onto the ground before throwing the cup down.
With strides she steps closer, grabbing ahold of his shirt collar. Her lips barely touching his, her hazel eyes stared him down.
Then her lips met his.
Gripping a nearby bundle of sticks and throwing into the flames.
“Now I know damn well that you don’t even need to look for me, ‘s like I just appear out of nowhere.”
"Yes ma'am, I know it's your nature, BUT.... you know I can handle my own. So, the worry should be set aside and pocketed."
A soft smile plasters across his face.
