I finally got a new 512GB SSD, and I'll also be doing a fresh Windows install.

As for your voice, we're always our own worst critics—remember, we don’t actually hear our own voice the way others do, we just “hear” its vibrations. I've been slowing down on posting animations because I migrated to S2FM, which still has very few characters available. On top of that, I formatted my PC and lost an animation I was working on.

But during all this time I learned a bit of Blender and figured out how to export models from Blender to S2FM, so new animations are coming soon!

I'll also start posting my ports here. Kalliske was the hardest model I've worked on so far, but here she is for anyone who wants her, along with a photo of her ⬇️

I went through something similar — I received some 'constructive criticism' that was so generic it didn't help at all...
This is what he said: "The flow of the keyframes in the animation is good, but the character's movement is stiff and restrained. Try to smooth out the movements more by adjusting the keyframes, creating in-between frames, and tweaking the interpolation. There are several SFM tutorials out there (I think they're all in English) that can help you, both on YouTube and on the Steam community page. Other than that, the camera is static, which isn't a problem, but I'd cut to different angles. Another good tip is to watch videos by SFM animators (especially in our niche) to see what ideas and techniques they use to animate, make good cuts, etc."
My reaction was something like: okay, the movement is stiff... but which part exactly — the arm? the leg? You mentioned it in a general sense, but you could've been way more specific. The camera being static "isn't a problem," but why bring it up then? And telling someone to just watch other animations is probably the vaguest tip you can give.
The worst part is that when I read it, I felt bad — not because of the tone, but because it sounded like "oh, I could do better" dressed up as feedback. To be fair though, I don't think it was malicious — sometimes people just do a poor job of executing it.

I’ve also been out of the loop for another reason: I’m learning how to export models in S2FM, but don’t worry – once my water cooler’s back and I’ve finished learning how to use S2FM, there’ll be some new animations

Unfortunately, my water cooler broke down and I had to send it in under warranty, so I won’t be able to bring you any content as the SFM uses more CPU power. I had to switch back to the Intel stock cooler just to get the PC working and I’ve disabled Turbo Boost, and even so, this is the sound I hear practically every day
