@porterit_ I have shared all the details and I spoke to the customer care again but they are asking for 72 hours! Is this a joke!? Calls aren't even getting transferred to any seniors or no solution is being provided. Provide a solution immediately looking at the urgency of the situation.

- Either the state govt informed the home ministry about the horrific incident and they kept silent

- Or the state govt didn't inform the home ministry about the incident and they were just ignorant

I asked @IndiGo6E what if the new ticket is also cancelled, their only solution was then I will have to book another one.A common man is being asked harassed at the expense of indigo’s shoddy work ethics and till now they don't have a solution for this issue
