My Made for Kids channel has 3 Shorts (6, 0, 0 views) 6days and a long video stuck at 3 views/122 impressions 2 days. YouTube must first show videos to generate viewer data.but videos are frozen. Could there be a distribution, indexing, or eligibility issue?

@TeamYouTube My 1st video had impressions after 1 hour. At that time i did those changes. Thumbnail changes, Title changes, and re uploading. I might have triggered something on algorithm, after that every upload was getting 0. few numbers are from me checking the videos. Even the short is.

Those few views, impressions are from me checking the videos. Few days back I published 3 videos at the start.. But I saw 2 mistakes in last 2 uploads, so I unlisted those 2 and re upload again. From that moment distribution stopped. Since that every upload I do got stucked..
