@esa_boriqua THE WORST!! I hate when that happens 😭😭

[Ms. Pasarell @PasarellsClass]

Teachers love to read (and reread) books too! Decided I needed to reread a childhood favorite- To Kill a Mockingbird! I'm REALLY excited to dig into Whitehead's "The Underground Railroad" 🤗❤️ #summerreading #pulitzerprizebooks #goodreads #teachersreadtoo

Learning to read does not simply mean learning to read words. It means learning to read language and discourse, and to understand ideas. #FPLiteracy

Ms. Pasarell & Mrs. Tarpley, "Where's Waldo-ing" together without even planning it! 😂❤️🤗

[Ms. Pasarell @PasarellsClass]

Today we looked at fiction summaries. We used our "summary checklist" & went through & identified which pieces of the summary were unimportant events VS which ones were important events. The kiddos did a great job explaining why they chose the summary they did! @ExploreGoforth

We've been discussing character change these past few days. We've also been talking about writing in complete sentence and why it's important to give text evidence to support our thinking! #teacherlife #3rdgrade #ELAteacher @ExploreGoforth

@BetsyDeVosED Wait a second. Are you serious right now? Have you even ever been in a public school, or did you just google search a crappy picture and make a false statement. Please educate yourself, THIS is what classrooms look like now. Don't be so ignorant. It's called flex seating.

[Ms. Pasarell @PasarellsClass]

The wonderful & talented Mrs. Tarpley @paisleypetalsp and I today in our "Service Shirts" Goforth got great character! #goforthgreatness @ExploreGoforth @ClearCreekISD
