Alabama Sheriff paid man for mowing his lawn with a check labeled for jail expenses. The man tried to report that the funds were being misused so the sheriff raided his home and arrested him for drug trafficking based on anonymous tip that his home smelled like cannabis.

A pastor, a U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel and a public school guard were among 14 arrested in a March 16-18 Ohio sex trafficking and child exploitation sting.

The arrests were part of an ongoing investigation by ICE @HSIDetroit and its partners into online ads offering sex with kids.

“These allegations are deeply disturbing, especially given that some of the accused held positions of public trust,” said ICE HSI Detroit Acting Special Agent in Charge Jared Murphey.

I rent out the basement apartment of my house. My tenant, a guy in his twenties named Mark, was usually great. But last month, the rent didn't come. He started avoiding me. Parking down the street. Dashing inside. On the 10th, I knocked on his door. He opened it looking like he hadn't slept in days. "I know," he said, holding up his hands. "I lost my job at the warehouse. I'm packing. I'll be out by Sunday." He looked defeated. "Mark," I said. "I didn't come down here for the rent." I handed him a bag of groceries and a business card. "My brother is a shift manager at the plant across town. They're hiring. Tell him I sent you. You can pay me when you get your first check." He just stood there and cried. It's really sad to see someone that you previously helped, grew with and respected in a business partnership "slip away into corporate sludge"... But it's funnier to let him think they get away with it; notice, but don't let them know you know 😂😂 not even utter a negative word about them in private but see how they move... To try to step on the backs of small businesses to move up a corporate ladder during an M&A 😂😂.... Wish them the best on competing against people who put their entire life into making business and loyalty synonymous, on their own, run businesses day and night while 9-5 is sleeping.... What an absolute honor it is and yes, most certainly a struggle, to have built everything from the ground up - always putting God first because he always provides and he is always SO GOOD!

It's such a relief when He allows us confirmation in such impeccable timing, moves better opportunities in without question, and proves, once again, discernment is a heavy gift - intuition was spot on, such a weight lifted. Thank you GOD for answering my prayers!

New levels of success can only be achieved if you do business with integrity, contribute to the communities that you operate within, and continually earn the trust of your clients, team, business partners... Profit always follows...

You really have to pray hard for those that think that success and profit are only measured by a dollar sign. What a beautifully timed reminder to be grateful to God for everything, but especially for the fact that no matter the struggle - you weren't made to even think to move like that. The lowest choir, closest to humans. They act as personal messengers, protectors, and guides — most notably as guardian angels assigned to individual people to watch over, pray for, guide, and assist them throughout life.
