@CoachJonnyFFF Decision making should not be dictated from the sideline but discussed & shown in coaching - when to pass, go long, dribble, hold

If they're told to adhere to short passes only, they're not developing that side of their game, they're just being obedient

Sometimes, just getting the ball out & 30 yds up the pitch is the best decision - team can reset if it comes back & counter if it doesn't

My advice on being informed was based on statements u made that were not borne out by the facts...nothing I have said in response was factually incorrect, so find someone else to annoy

The 'plaster patch' was regards the playing staff, which was my mandate so you're wrong again

1) My job WAS to keep the club up, anything beyond that was a bonus that's what I was told when I arrived
2) There were a lot of decent players training that wanted to play for the club when I left, someone needed to call them & say the right things
