Akamatsu stared off into space.
She looked quite bored.

Akamatsu quickly nodded,
，I'm glad you asked!，

She took a short breath,
，It's / Clair de Lune /, by Claude. Debussy. It's a classic, most of the suite composed around 1890....，

Akamatsu began to ramble more about the piece with passion in her eyes.

Akamatsu's eyes lit up at his response, she only smiled.

，I'm glad you liked it!，
She exclaimed, feeling
proud of herself.

Her eyes were firmly closed.
And when she was done, her gaze eagerly shifted to Naegi as she waited for his reaction,
wordlessly.

，You got it!，
She nodded, closing her eyes for a bit as she began to think for a quick second.

And like that, her fingers began to dance across the keys.

It started off quite gentle before shifting more intense and emotional. Akamatsu played the classic piece very well.
/ Obviously. /

Her fingertips effortlessly traced against each key, as if they were dancing to the melody themselves.

Akamatsu only nodded in excitement, ，Why, of course!，

She politely signaled for Naegi to move a bit before sitting down at the piano, flipping some hair over her shoulders as she looked down at the glossy keys.

，Any requests?，
She spoke softly,
/ Just in case. /

[K̶ ̶A̶ ̶E̶ ̶D̶ ̶E̶ ̶A̶ ̶D̶ . . . ⚘ @PastellMelody]

，Okay, good!，
She smiled so wide.

Her curious gaze met Naegi's as he softly hit the piano.，You alright?，
Her eyebrows knitted.

，Makoto.，
She suddenly called, perking her finger up to his lips to hush him.

，Like I said, everyone is special and unique in their own way. Talent or not. And I meant it when I said that includes you! Don't ever doubt that for a second, alright?，

She smiled innocently.

[K̶ ̶A̶ ̶E̶ ̶D̶ ̶E̶ ̶A̶ ̶D̶ . . . ⚘ @PastellMelody]

She only shook her head
，Aw, don't be silly, Makoto!
Everyone is special in their own
way, and that includes you.，

She beamed, smiling down at him with her eyes closed.

，I'm sure, too!
I'm also glad to have you by my
side, Makoto.，
Akamatsu hummed, smiling sweetly.

She smiled at that, nodding slowly.

，I guess I'm just a bit-- on edge, after what happened...you know?，
Akamatsu trailed off,

，But I believe we
can overcome this!，

She smiled brightly, her eyes almost sparkling.

Akamatsu jolted a bit upon hearing his voice, her chest sinking with relaxation as she processed it was only Naegi.

，Ah, Makoto.， She smiled in response.
，I'm doing...okay, to say the
least.

...How about you ?，
A faint smile.
