Who are these officials in the Gauteng Department of Health and at Tembisa Hospital itself who took over half a billion rand in bribes?
The SIU must name, shame, and the! Arrests must be effected, that should end up in imprisonment! How can you consciously steal from the sick? Heartless vampires!
Please Call Me, inventor Nkosana Makate, says he is still confident that the Supreme Court of Appeal will order Vodacom to pay him the billions of rands he deserves.
No finality was reached in the Please Call Me dispute between Vodacom and Nkosana Makate, as the Constitutional Court referred the matter back to the SCA.
In his final ruling, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga says the SCA must rehear the case with a different constituted panel of judges, as it failed to consider critical evidence in the previous appearance.
Makate rejected Vodacom’s offer of R47 million - arguing that he should be paid R126 billion for creating the Please Call Me invention.
Speaking outside the constitutional court, Makate said he remains resilient in his pursuit.
