Same Koreans but North is starving and under dictatorship while South is buzzing with tech superpower.
Same Germans but check out East vs West before 1990.
Same Nigerians but while some are struggling at home, others are topping education and income lists in UK & US.

The reality is that while people matter, institutions, rule of law, and culture matter much more

You can drop Germans in Nigeria or Nigerians in Germany and the systems in either location will shape the outcome far more than the people in just 5 years.

History proves it. South Korea, Singapore, Botswana, Rwanda, China are same people,who with improved and better systems are currently enjoying rapid transformation.

People make places but systems make people.

For society’s best interest, quiet DNA test.

I know silencing tests hides the problem & doesn’t fix it butttt in this case the cure is worse than the disease
