@jacksettleman@BrettKollmann Disregarding the environmental argument, when a creative project is done by a human, they make decisions that uniquely express their creative vision. Generative AI works based on the law of averages of all previously human-created content, making it come off as inherently hollow
@jacksettleman@BrettKollmann Generative AI is a lot different than other artificial intelligence tools (which by contrast run locally and are used as a tool to assist in a complex task where the abstraction is thought of by a human) rather than the entire task itself being completed by predictive data
@GorgeousMorganT@ahmad_dahman For sure I’m not saying we shouldn’t draft a qb next year if all other options fail, just that the amount of times that a bad infrastructure hindered the development of a qb prospect is too high to count
@doulbedoink Landry was good but I was expecting him to develop into an all-pro guy eventually with baker. If we’re talking about explicitly bad players then I guess like Jabaal Sheard?
@childrichard@SpecialPuppy1@_Zeets Literally the meritocracy of capitalism argument for sports, you gotta be realistic about how market size and recent success of a team affects where an athlete wants to go
