Then the picture gets promoted to judge. Anything that won’t sit still for the eyes gets filed under imagination, or “not really.” Sometimes that filing is right. Sometimes it isn’t. The eyes can’t tell you which.

You don’t need bigger eyes. Stop asking them to sign off on everything. The room is larger than the picture. Most people already know that. They just learned not to trust it.
