@TheEllenDumm @KyleClark The food cart inside Tres Litros, King Kaeng’s Curry, is maybe my favorite food in Chaffee. He is usually there Wednesday through Saturday evenings. @nbminor Speaking from my own experience as a Lycra wearing racer and commuter in that era, I think a lot of Lycra cyclists from the 90s and early 00s had the “vehicular cycling” mindset, which is…not great for bike infra.
