@tvsmotorcompany They focus only on selling of their vehicles. No focus on after sale service. I am waiting since 10 months for front upper and lower panel but still awaiting.. it seems that TVS doesn't manufacturer spare parts.

Service is worst..Even if you have been alloted token number 1, you have to wait till 6-7 hours. Priority is given to their known. I am requesting to replace a damaged part since 10 months but still not available at service center even after written requisition

Worst after sale service. I have ever seen. At KS TVS tonk road Jaipur they allot token numbers for service but no one follow these token numbers..not even manager of the service center. They give priority in service to their known people ignoring the token.
