Went to @PathHead_Mill near Blaydon #Gateshead today. I know it's a cliché to say it, but it's a proper oasis. The grounds are only small, but beautiful, and the cafe is lovely. If you've never been, you're missing out..

Just a reminder that this Saturday we are working with Ben from Take a Hike to do some wonderful Community and Family Nature Walks. Join us for a day of gentle Heath and Wellbeing walks around the local area - all fully guided and at a very comfortable pace, from 10am until 2pm.

We're delighted to say that our Mill Race Tea Room will re-open on Saturday 1st March at 10.30. It will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 10.30 to 3.30, with last food orders at 3pm. Our site volunteers have been working hard over the winter as well every Tuesday and Thursday.
That's it for 2024! Thank you for all your support over the last year from our visitors and volunteers. Our Cakey Ladies will now be having a well-deserved rest for a few weeks, but our site volunteers will still be working hard over the winter break - and we will see you in 2025
