Screening for breast, bowel and cervical cancer will be made quicker and more effective under plans to roll out the use of digital images to detect cancer.
We're taking forward recommendations put forward by the UK National Screening Committee.

Groups of genes with co-ordinated expression are first discovered using mutual information which allow us to capture the transcriptomic profile of a patient in terms of 200 binary gene group statuses that underpin cancer hallmark processes, pathways and diagnostic targets.
We developed an ML pipeline to predict the gene expression profile of a cancer patient in the form of statuses of concomitant groups of genes with co-dependent expression from imaging for precision medicine and mining of histological patterns underlying transcriptomics.
How can we use machine learning to cross-link #histopathology whole slide image patterns with underlying gene expression in cancer? Is it possible to achieve spatial mapping of expression from bulk transcriptomics?
Our @CellRepMed paper explores possibilitiesof #cpat for this?
Congratulations to #PathLakePlus who has been nominated for two partnership awards at the #HSJPartnershipAwards2024 for Diagnostic Project of the Year and Most Effective Contribution to Improving Cancer Outcomes! @PathLAKE_CoE

Members of our #WYAAT#pathology team joined the #PathLAKE AI event hosted by @CWPT_NHS.
Presentations explored how AI and automation can be utilised to support clinical decision making and reduce time required for reporting digital images in cellular pathology.
We enjoyed meeting you and sharing the power of our open, AI-ready Concentriq enterprise pathology platform at yesterday's AI Symposium. Thank you to @PathLAKE_CoE Plus for hosting such an insightful event.
We are the silver sponsor for the @PathLAKE_CoE Plus AI Showcase at University Hospitals, Coventry, UK. Connect with us at the AIRA Matrix booth to discuss AI solutions applicable in preanalytical and analytical digital pathology workflows.
