Dopo una carriera costellata di successi, Lara Gut-Behrami ha deciso di dire basta. La 35enne svizzera chiude la sua straordinaria avventura nello sci alpino con 3 medaglie olimpiche, 2 Coppe del Mondo generali, 9 medaglie mondiali, 6 Coppe di specialità in Super-G e una in gigante.

Lo scorso 20 novembre la rottura del legamento crociato anteriore, del legamento collaterale mediale e una lesione al menisco l'avevano costretta a saltare i Giochi Olimpici di Milano-Cortina.

Lara Gut-Behrami wird nicht in den Weltcup zurückkehren. Die 35-jährige Tessinerin tritt per sofort vom Spitzensport zurück.

‼️ Lara Gut-Behrami crashed on Thursday during Super-G training in Copper Mountain, Colorado. Initial assessments on site indicate a possible injury to her left knee.

🔙 The Olympic Super-G champion will return to Switzerland as soon as possible for comprehensive medical examinations. No statement regarding the extent of the injury can be made until these assessments have been completed.
