@inquisitor111@GNRailUK@networkrail I work in the rail industry and saying the system is complicated so there will always be issues is a poor excuse. Usually the problem is often poor maintenance and/or cutting corners to save time/money.
@GNRailUK why are there so many signalling issues between Ely and Kings Lynn? It’s not like we have had years of engineering works improving the service !!
@inquisitor111@GNRailUK@networkrail While that may be the case , this is a recurring issue which greatly affects Great Northern’s service. At the very least Great Northern should be able to explain why there are constant signalling issues between Ely and Kings Lynn.
I sent a message last night about the 18:45 KL to KX train terminating at Welwyn Garden City and got no response. This was not a regular stopping point and there was mass confusion as no information was given to customers how to continue their Journey to London.
@GNRailUK A legitimate question. If Great Northern and Greater Anglia are now back in public control, if there is a disruption should tickets be automatically accepted on both services? Last week I had to pay for a single between Cambridge and LS due no ticket acceptance.
@GNRailUK As you have cancelled the last train from KX to KL this evening (23:18 KX to KL), can you please advise how I’m going to get home to KL? I cannot get an earlier service.
I’m on the 23:18 KX to KL. currently not moving at Baldock Station. Noticed there are police on board but no announcements from the driver. What is going on?
