@Citibank your fraud department experience is terrible. I’m locked out of my credit card because you refuse to verify my phone number and insist on sending a letter that takes 7–10 business days.
How is that acceptable for fraud protection in 2026?

Instead, you’re mailing a letter that will take 7–10 business days, leaving me without access to my account.
This process is outdated and unacceptable.
